This project is currently under construction.  This home is located on the east side of Vancouver & the design is inspired by the property owners vision. It will be a energy efficient home with high performance windows/doors & will have high density insulation which will keep it warm in the winter & cool in the summer. The home is a 2 storey + basement with approx. 3050 sq.ft. with a 1050 sq.ft. Laneway house at the rear of the property. The exterior has clean lines with a combination of shingles & 2×8 vertical panels. It will have large windows and a roof deck with views of downtown Vancouver. The interior is fluid & functional and has a open concept on the main floor with large folding glass doors off the kitchen leading to the rear deck. The basement has a large recreation room for the family to spend time together & a secondary suite for additional income. Landscape lighting & planting will be incorporated & will enhance the overall feel & comfort of the home.
