This project is currently under construction. This home is located in Coquitlam BC near the Vancouver Golf Club & the design is influenced by both English Tudor & European features. The home is 2 storeys with 4050 sq.ft. & a 520 sq.ft. attached garage. The exterior cladding will be a combination of stone & hardie shingles with high performance windows throughout & folding doors at the rear of the house. The front of the home will feature a curved eyebrow at the front entrance & a segmental dormer above both finished in metal. Steep roof lines will be prominent & the home will feature a large skylight window in the center of the home carrying up through 2 storeys to provide natural light. The interior will feature extensive English Tudor inspired millwork with post & beam detailing throughout & vaulted ceiling in the Great room. Landscaping throughout the property will be prominent enhanced with accent lighting.
