This project is currently under construction.  This home is located on the east side of Vancouver & the design is based on a modern farmhouse concept. This home has been designed as a Net Zero Home. This home will produce as much clean energy as it consumes. This home is 80% more energy efficient than typical new homes and uses renewable energy systems to produce the remaining energy it requires. The exterior has low maintenance metal vertical cladding which has clean lines with a functional & spacious interior. It will be 2 storey + basement with approx. 2655 sq.ft. with a detached one bay garage.
